UKAI ZINE

This zine explores how secondhand clothing from the U.S. and other Global North countries ends up in places like the Philippines, where it often overwhelms weak waste systems and fuels environmental injustice.

Through visual diagrams of waste streams and policies, it breaks down the complex systems behind the global secondhand trade. It invites you to consider how everyday clothes connect to larger patterns of waste colonialism—and how we might imagine more just and sustainable futures.
